couldn't let this one go

Conversation on the phone with Mom on Sunday night:

MOM: "I took your grandmother to the movies today. We saw 'The Time Traveler's Wife'."

KK: "Ooh! How was it?"

MOM: "Awful!"

KK: "Really? I heard such great things about it."

MOM: "Well, it was okaaay. But I didn't like that the husband kept leaving her and traveling through time."
