Well, I've been doing the 30-Day Dread for a week. So, realistically, I should have done the workout 7 times (including today). That's if I did it every day. But I couldn't, so I did it for 5 days, which (for me) is still pretty impressive.
And I've been very strict with my eating, even on the weekend.
So have I noticed a drastic change? No. But I do feel better, and possibly my jeans fit a TAD looser.
Mr. KK, on the other hand, who is NOT doing the Dread, but instead doing his own workout stuff, plus eating better like I am, has had to tighten his belt a notch!
WTF?
AND, he's dropped like 8 pounds or something.
It's just. not. fair.

So not fair.
My husband announced last week that he dropped 7 pounds in a week's time. I had gained 1.2 pounds in the same week.
Men suck.
My sister got me the 30 day shred - I plan on watching it from the couch today - will that count as day 1?
Ugh, this is just one of the reasons I hate men. The others are... well, nevermind that. But it kills me that I can starve myself for weeks at a time and perhaps drop a pound or two while the Pretend Husband just has to skip having ice cream once or twice and he drops a pants size. Argh!
That's total BS. I don't notice much of a change yet either.
I suspect that because I read this post...osmosis...???!!!?!
I'm with you--me and D are doing biggest loser in preparation for the wedding. I will be ridiculed tonight at weigh in b/c I am sure he will lose 5 lbs--me...hmmmm. Hopefully I will be down some, but I haven't been exercising, but eating salads for lunch.
I agree completely. My husband can eat like a complete pig and maintain his normal healthy weight. So. Damn. Irritating.
