WTF?
It hasn't rained in Vegas ALL SUMMER (I know this, because I've been checking the weather, like, everyday since I booked the trip), and THIS is what the weather looks like for next week???
Is Vegas NOT in the desert? You know, they place where they don't get rain???

It never rains OR gets 102-degrees in the casinos! ;-) Also, when we went to Vegas in February, we had a "weather bug" on our desktop for two months before, so we could be aware of anything and everything! Not out of the realm of possibility for them to have a HURRICANE just because we decided to go there.
If it makes you feel any better, we tend to still wear the flips when it rains out this direction. And hot rain is just that -- hot. Have fun!
Scattered thunderstorms in nevada really means cloudy with a slight chance of rain, but it will probably just be a bit humid. I would maybe take one "rainy" outfit, but remember, it will still be hot! And stay in the casinos. some of them are even connected so you dont have to go outside. Have fun!
If you are sitting by/in the pool with a nice cocktail, you'll never know it's raining!
When we went to North Carolina this summer that is what the weather report looked like for the entire week...every single day. It was gorgeous. You will have a great time!

I agree with all - it is not going to rain. It is too damn hot - the water will evaporate before it hits the ground.
Take one rain outfit but don't change your footwear! Have a great time!!!
