Well, I didn't buy them. Me – a self-proclaimed shoe whore – just couldn't fathom separating myself with that much moolah on a gift for myself so close to Christmas, when I have so many gifts FOR OTHER PEOPLE to purchase.
So what did I do?
I went to the Marshall's Shoe Mega Shop, dug through the boots and – lo and behold – found a singular pair of Frye boots – in my exact same size – ON CLEARANCE.
So for only $135 (compared to $348), I purchased these beauties:
No, they're not the cowboy boots I've been talking about. But they are delicious riding boots that go with everything.Mission accomplished!

My response to that: I will keep them! The original boots are COMPLETELY different! ;)
Great buy, kk! And there's nothing wrong with having two pairs of fabulous boots (because I also think Mr. KK got them for you for Christmas... men just don't normally take that much interest in what shoes we hope to buy!)
My bet is that Mr. kk will now HAVE to buy those boots so he doesn't disappoint your readers! Still the value boots are beauts!

Those are cute, can't believe Marshalls had them. I looked at some Fryes online yesterday but ended up going with Cole Haan riding boots with the Nike Air technology. Hoping this will make them extra comfortable. We'll see...
